Web analytics

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics, Google My Business and Google Search Console. The provider of this service is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Prakway, Montain View, CA94043, USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider's server and stored there.

You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored.

We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing.

The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized. The user data is stored for a period of 14 months.

Contact form

If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, your data from the inquiry form including the contact data you provided there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO). You can revoke your consent at any time. To do so, you can send us an informal email to office@galoyan.art.

The data you disclose in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions remain unaffected.

Processing of customer and contract data

We process and use personal data within the scope of our contractual relationship. They are processed only to the extent that they are necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship. This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para 1 lit b DSGVO, which allows the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our website only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill the user.

Data transfer upon conclusion of a contract for services and digital content

We transmit personal data to third parties only if this is necessary in the context of the contract and has been agreed with you..
