Siranush Gasparyan
Siranush Gasparyan was born in Abkhazia. In 2002 she graduated from the faculty of solo singing and piano of Yerevan State Conservatory named after A. Komitas. She continued her post-graduate studies as an opera singer, (under the guidance of prof., Honored Artist of Armenia Elena Vardanyan) She took numerous master classes - the Grace Bambri Vocal Academy in Berlin (2011-2014). - the People's Artist of the Republic of Armenia, opera singer Barsegh Tumanyan.
Siranush Gasparyan was awarded a special prize at the prestigious ARD competition in Munich (Barenreiter urtext preis International ARDmuzikwetbeverb). In 2012, Siranush performed the part of Turandot (first performance in Armenia) with the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Armenia under the direction of Eduard Topchyan. In 2016 she made her debut at the National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after Spendiaryan performing the role of Tosca at the premiere of the production of Tosca. Since 2018 she is a soloist of the National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after I. A. Spendiaryan (Yerevan). Siranush has performed the main female roles in the premiere performances of the National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after I. Spendiaryan: "Sasuntsi David" (2017) "Demon" (2018), "Attila" (2019), "Andrea Chenier" (2019), “Turandot” (2021) Siranush Gasparyan has been a guest soloist of the Sochi Chamber Philharmonic since 2015. During her musical career, she gave concerts in Armenia and abroad with chamber symphony orchestras and instrumental ensembles. She participated in a number of international festivals, solo concerts in Germany, Spain, Russia, Lithuania, Estonia and other countries. Her first album was released in 2014.
