Vache Oveyan
Vache is a bright, ambitious performer with a delicate vulnerable soul. That is how we see the real star of Armenia, Vache Oveyan. His violin mastery knows no bounds and has long won a vocation not only in the hearts of venerable critics and musicians, but also for spectators around the world! Vache Oveyan was born on March 31, 1982 in Yerevan, Armenia. The musician was a student of Kim Kashkashyan, Nikolai Madoyan, Pinkas Zuckerman, Michel Tre and from Yuri Bashmet. He won several national and international competitions, such as the Valentino Buchi Award (which is an international competition held in Italy) and the Chilingaryan National Violin Competition in Armenia. After these prizes, Vache Oveyan received international recognition as an alto violin soloist. During the years of concert activities, the famous violinist performed in such venues as Carnegie Hall (New York), Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall (Yerevan), etc.
